Fees

My fee is $230 per 45 minute session.

For the 30 years I have been providing compassionate and experienced therapy, my clients continue to share that they appreciate how present and focused I am during our time together.

I believe in meeting each person where they are in their life, and have learned over the years that therapy unfolds and evolves in a unique way for each individual. For this reason, I have chosen not to be on insurance panels as those contracts can be very limiting in the number of sessions they will allow. My focus is on helping hurting people heal vs. the restrictions of an insurance company.

Therapy is one of the best investments that you will ever make in yourself. However, some individuals who really want to begin, worry about their ability to afford therapy.

My fee is $230 per 45 minute session. If this fee would be difficult for you to meet at this time, then please give me a call so that together we can discuss a fee that works for us both.

And, if you would like to use your PPO insurance, though I am not on the insurance panels, I will be happy to provide a superbill for you. A superbill is a receipt that you present to your insurance company, and depending upon their policy, you may possibly receive a percentage of your session fee from the insurance company.

Making a choice to put your healing and growth first is a courageous step. Let's work together so that you feel supported and can start moving forward; I look forward to hearing from you.

Good Faith Estimate Notice / Notice to clients and prospective clients:

Under the law, health care providers need to give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.

You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service, or at any time during treatment.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, or how to dispute a bill, see your Estimate, or visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises
